Все уснули, а грязи всё больше. Организаторов в лице партий нет, видно без директив сверху работать не умеют и не хотят. Упразднили городскую администрацию, получилось ещё смешнее. Теперь глава за хозяйственную деятельность не отвечает, этим занимается какой-то аморфный отдел без полномочий при районной администрации. Глава района вряд ли снизойдёт до проблемы своевременной вывозки контейнеров с мусором. По крайней мере при наличии городской администрации оставался шанс при условии выбора энергичного и честного главы на какую-то перспективу в благоустройстве города. Участвуя в различных программах некоторые МО увеличивают свой бюджет в несколько раз. По крайней мере как в той книге Максимова "страшнее Онеги только Мезень". (Для справки: в Мезени население 4 тысчи человек, в Онеге - 22 тысячи. Раньше Онега имела статус города областного подчинения, а всего в области их было 5 во главе с Архангельском).

Давно поднималась тема о грязи в городе. Ответ - "Нет денег на работу дворников...". О культуре поведения некоторых наших горожан говорит не стоит, где живем, там и мусорим. Скоро мы будем жить уже на территории свалки. Что зависит лично от меня,стараюсь наводить порядок на придомовой территории. Если наши хозяйственники не в силах навести порядок может партии готорые у нас есть (пр. "Единая Россия", "Молодая гвардия", КПРФ, "Справедливая Россия") поднимут массы хотя бы уже на весенние субботники по уборке города. И классный лознуг В.Карпухина "Вместе мы сделаем наш город лучше!" будет не зря!!! До встречи на субботниках.

Центральная площадь!!!... Это просто дикость. К главпочтамту надо прыгать через огромные лужи, мимо ТЦ "Дельта" впору на лодке переплывать, к новому стоматологическому центру и вовсе не добраться. Сделали пешеходный переход, прислушались к людям, но как его преодолеть? Ступить некуда! Грязь неимоверная во всех направлениях. Разве это город? Улицу Победы от пр. Ленина до пр. Октябрьский перекрыли, а отремонтировать забыли. Машины ездят под знак и никому нет дела! Кругом горы мусора. Стыдно. А город "кормит" две!!! администрации!Позор!

Мысль такая пришла давно, но долго не мог переговорить со всеми участниками проекта, осмыслить и подготовить её в готовое решение.
Прекрасно когда какой либо человек побывав на культурно массовом мероприятии или увидев серьёзную проблему, приходит в редакцию газеты и приносит статью, наблюдал это неоднократно, но каждый раз осознавал, что далеко не все настолько устремлены что доходят до дверей издательства, да и многие просто напросто не имеют такой возможности.
Кому это надо?
Этот проект для тех, кто любит журналистику, или как начинающий хочет попробовать себя в этом деле. Так же он является средством передачи материалов от авторов до наших издательств. Он является местом, где можно получить отзывы на созданный Вами материал.

Любой зарегистрированный пользователь сайта имеет возможность добавить в проект свою статью, после этого она попадает на рассмотрение коллегиального жюри, в состав жюри входят представители всех СМИ и официальных источников информации, любой из членов жюри имеет право дать разрешение на публикацию данной статьи на сайте в интернет проекте «Взгляд», на главной странице сайта.
Что будет далее?
Далее опубликованный на сайте материал может взять для публикации какое либо печатное СМИ и в итоге это человек, возможно, получит ближайший номер газеты, на одной из страниц которой напечатана его статья.
А зачем это?
Сама идея реализации этого проекта позволит увидеть нам в газетах статьи не только из Онеги и крупных мероприятий района, а узнать как можно больше о том, что происходит в близлежащих деревнях и поселениях, о которых мы крайне редко видим разного рода статьи. Дать возможность проявить себя начинающим корреспондентам, открыть второе дыхание тем, кто писал ранее.
